The staff at Geox Chinook Centre were incredible. They were very attentive and did not stop until I found the right pair of shoes. They exemplified what customer service should be. I have found my new favourite shoe store.

Found my shoes had a cut strap when I got them out of the box after getting home(4hr drive) they want me to ship them back and they send me a new pair. That's all good and fine but it is not exactly a great experience having to pay extra to ship shoes back on top of already paying for a new pair info the first place. Not a Zappos type of experience that's for sure.

Am sad to say for a high end brand the customer service and product quality are not up par for such high priced items. Invested in these breathable shoes just to have them fall apart within 6 months. Was told I would have to purchase a new pair no willingness to compensate or replace danged shoes which are clearly a result of poor craftsman ship
