I brought my phone in for a replacement screen but they had to order in an OEM screen as they didn't have any in stock (older model iphone). The screen took a bit more time than was expected but in the meantime, Omar replaced my screen with an after market screen, remembered who I was when I popped in to check the status of shipment and called me when it came in. His ability to remember my needs upon sight, replace my screen with care and deliver great customer service along the way is what makes me confident in recommending the Mobile Q in South Centre Mall to all my friends and family!
