I was insulted that the two clerks in the women's Plus Size department ignored my requests for clothing. One woman told me she was just going to make me find my own way through the department, including directions to the change room. No one attended to me when I was in the change room and I had to re-dress and search by myself for other sizes in the styles I was looking for. The woman working there loudly complained that I did not re-hang clothes I did not want. The manager in the stock room did not care that I was receiving unsatisfactory service. When I asked for a particular brand, the saleswoman complained that I had already been to that area and refused to help me further. I was very upset as the lack of service. Perhaps a commission based system willl make your salespeople more attentive. I will not buy clothes at the Bay again, as I am offended. I went to Eddie Bauer and received the most attentive and polite service, and spent several hundred dollars there.
