Told me that no one at the salon liked me and to go elsewhere. That is how you talk to your customers? Then referred to me as a c**t. Work on your customer service and how to cut and color hair. This business should be shut down. Ugly hearted people in customer service.

I had my hair done at the Kingsway location and I was not happy with the outcome. When I called back to ask what they could do to fix my concerns it took three calls and four days for someone to respond. It was Danny Assaf, Operations Director, who returned my call and I was surprised how unfoundedly combative he was from the start. He was rude throughout the conversation making a few incredibly insensitive comments and did not apologize for his attacks. I found Danny Assaf to be inappropriate, unprofessional and inept for someone working in a Operations Director role. In the end I had my hair colour fixed for a $30 fee and my stylist was wonderful. Unfortunately, however, I will never return to a Spasation based on the inappropriate behaviour of this Operations Director. I hope for the sake of his staff he finds a new job where he doesn't work with women or at least starts showing more respect towards his customers and staff, especially the women.
