Supervisor and manager keep on eye on his/her staff bad customer service and yes very rude...they should not be talking to the co worker while doing a transaction with customer...they need to learn to smile......or they should not work in customer service....

I always do my remittances at west edmonton mall . When i dropped there, i was about to compute a certain amount of money to be sent but my phone was low battery. I approached a guy named Bryan. I asked if I can borrow a calculator and he said we do not have a calculator , how come you do not have one it is a remittance center.One thing he is so rude the way he said that. Doing my transaction he keeps on talking to a girl next to her which seems he is very annoyed because of the calculator thing. It is not only once but many times he do not even smile at customers. Whenever I saw him there i feel like not sending money anymore and just come back when he is not there. Same experienced with my group of friends which we don't even know that we are talking to same guy, same remarks about him RUDE.
