Lady working there kept following me around and later told me to leave because I wasn't buying anything and "wasting her time." She told me that the store was only for motorcyclists and that I did not look like I owned one. Happened another time I went, same lady was following me and stood right behind me.

I just has a bad experience with customer service at the WEM store. I purchased a man’s leather bomber jacket. It was too small so we went to return it. There were none in stock but the store a manger said he could get one in in about 4 days. Ever time I talk to him I had to contact him, he never once returned my call. I got one from Red Deer and when I returned the jacket, he didn’t even appear to be concerned. Terrible customer service!
