I went into the store on Christmas week, I was having problems with my iPad, the store manager came over to me and helped me out immediately. He fixed the problem, but other problems arose the next day I had to go back , once again the manager Derrick came over took my I pad kept it all day to work on it. There were people in line outside the store probably waiting to purchase , I felt bad about keeping them waiting, Derrick said I was just as important as those people. He went beyond to make me happy. I went later in the afternoon and all was fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store for its second to none. Thank you again, I just had to write and share my experience
