The owners are 2 oriental people and I had a fine experience the first time I went to pick up a package (the husband helped me) but the second time I went to get a package the wife refused to give me my package because it had my mother’s first name and not mine, even tho it was the same address and the same last name, as well all the same shipping info I used for my first package, she refused to give me the package and when I explained to her how much this would inconvenience us as my mom gets off work at 6 and they close at 5, she told me to get bent and started yelling at me infront of other customers trying to make me look like a fool, she also made a comment about my “white skin” definitely wasn’t happy leaving
