Was told by the employee I had to do a transfer of ownership over the phone with Telus the automated message says I can do it in store and after talking to two employees on the phone they said yes you can do it in store are they lazy or just incompetent then was told that there’s a problem for some reason when I signed up with them years ago they put all the data under my sons name why would they do that as I am the primary on the account
