ELENA (at Queensborough outlet) was great!! I went in to buy pillows, and she gave me her UNDIVIDED ATTENTION!! She walked me thru all the pros and cons of each one--and there are several. I "tested" the ones that she thought was appropriate for me. The one with the charcoal center was JUST WHAT I NEEDED!! A bit pricey, but at a 2 for 1, certainly a bargain. AND MY SLEEP-QUALITY improved by 100%!! Thanks, ELENA--and SLEEP COUNTRY! GREAT JOB!!
