Rudest salesperson I have ever met. I went from being in a perfectly fine mood to wanting to punch a hole in her face in under a minute. This doesn’t seem like the kind of person who should be representing the company. Too bad for the manager. I would have spent a couple hundred there. If it was possible I wouldn’t give a star

I was very happy with the service - and my purchase of 2 pairs of shoes! Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - but not pushy ... ready for questions and to assist me, but didn’t hover! Very satisfied with my experience there.

I don't base my review on one experience because everyone has an off day every now and then, but when you turn around and walk back to look at something in an otherwise empty store and are wearing boots that were purchased there, and mention a time you received great service there, it should not be so hard to give them more of your money. I was not even asked if I would like to try on the boots I was asking about. I give up. There are other stores selling what they sell. They do have a great selection though, so this is sad.
