Hi visited the Guildford Hallmark store today and had one of the best shopping experience the two sales associate I think one was the manager and the other lady is always so pleasant and bubbly she has the cutest hair style and dresses very nice. The store was a bit busy but they explained the Covid rules and helped me finding the keepsakes I were looking for. Was in a couple weeks ago and the older lady with long hair leaning on the sales desk and when asked for help she said she was busy. So I said have a nice day and came back to a great experience so shout out to those two sales associates for great customer service. The other lady maybe needs to be spoken too about better customer service

I asked her where are the birthday cards as I was in a hurry to cut my time into looking around. her answer in a abrupt tone of voice said isit for a woman or what. I told her it does not matter if its a woman ,man or whoever. unstesd of telling me where. then I pverheard her speak to the other customers did you find what you are looking for in a very nice manner as compared to her rude manner in answering me. I finally told her how rude she was and that I am a nurse but I don't treat my patients the way she treated me .,so inappropriately.my point to her is do not choose your customers be nice to all a of them. I shop at the store all the time ,and never saw this saleslady and never had any problems until I encountered this salesclerk. thanks for tending to this complaint. I very seldom raise my voice either but this attitude angered me .mercy
