I have nothing, but good to say about Crystal vision White Rock. From the first time I met Luke and his courteous and knowledgable manner to my most recent experience. I have purchased from them on several occasions and have had prompt and successful service. I have dropped in a few times and had a excellent service from Amber , the assistant manager. She cheerfully made adjustments on the spot and made it clear that it was part of their great service follow-up.

I have shopped a Crystal Vision for a few years now, I must write this review as I am so pleased with their care,knowledge and service. I first met with Luke and was positively taken by his helpful attitude. Since that visit he has made Amber his assistant manager and I couldn't think of a better choice. Her follow-uo service and attitude are awesome ! !

The staff at Crystal Vision are very helpful and considerate. My elderly mother needed a slight repair to her reading glasses and they took care of the problem right away. I will definitely be going back when I need new glasses and contacts.
