I went to Taylor 2 Fit today to have an outfit hemmed. I paid the lady and she said she would have it ready for me on Monday. I left. I returned 30 minutes later having decided that I wanted to keep the outfit as is. When I talked to the clerk she told me that there are no refunds and handed me back my outfit. I was in total shock as there was no work done to the outfit and I had simply changed my mind. She said that if I wanted I can call the owner and he/she would get back to me in about two weeks!! I was so angry I left and called the owner 3 times, who of course did not answer. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this establishment for your hemming needs. I have friends who have also had bad experiences at the same place, so this is not a one off!
