This place is honestly terrible. I eat here because I can grab a box and pay and I work in the mall but it's not worth the price and the quality is garbage. Today I ordered 3 rolls and was quoted "15 minutes" it took 27 minutes and they filled other orders before mine (possibly because they know I'm a mall employee so it's not like I have a time limit or anything right?) I have given them the benefit of the doubt as a dicey mall sushi option but it takes too long. It's over priced. The quality and assembly of rolls is poor and they will consistently mess up your order. Today I ordered and paid for a terriyake chicken roll only to get a California roll instead. The place is also very dirty so I believe they lack a lot of sanitation when dealing with "fresh" raw seafood. For a fast food mall shop they really need to improve their customer service and speed.
