The service at this restaurant seems to get increasingly worse. Today I ordered a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap. It was not fresh it was one from four orders ahead of me that was incorrect. The lettuce was wilted and the wrap was dry. I have also received the wrong coffee, soup with no substance just broth. I work near the mall, So I am usually taking my order to go and don't check it till I get back to work and it is too late to go back. I usually end up with nothing for lunch.
