I purchased about $50 worth of tea and waited endlessly for the girl to measure exactly 100 grams into each canister. When she was short about 4 grams, I said not to worry about it. She said she would have to charge me an extra $3 for a special order quantity, so I had to wait for her to fill a bag with the remainder so I wouldn't pay more for less product. Ridiculous but I was looking forward to having some fresh tea when I got home, so I asked to purchase the $6 measuring spoon. The sales clerk quickly rang that up, but when I got home, she hadn't put in the bag. So I phoned the store and they said to bring in my bill and they would give me my spoon. I drove 30 minutes back to the store the following day and was given the second degree by the original clerk and the "manager" who quizzed me about the exact timing of my phone call! All over a $6 spoon. They also made me sign a note with my email and my name to "prove" that the spoon was missing from the bag. Never again will I shop at this pathetic excuse of a store.
