Bought a tungsten bracelet recently. Clasped opened unexpectedly, bracelet fell off my wrist & shattered-poor quality. Took back and customer service said-can't fix, won't replace & said I could buy another less taxes-that's supposed to be a discount. Why! So it can shatter too. Stick with reputable jewelers that backup their product. Wishes & Dreams want you money, but customer service is non-existent. You're S.O.L. GARBAGE NOW "0 STARS"
