Sept 28 I went in for an appointment and to get contacts. The staff took 2 months to get my trial lenses in, don't keep track of orders, and refuse to let you get a fitting without trying a trial pair. 2 months later I got a call the trials are in and I'm told they wont let me have my trial contacts in until I book an appointment which is now too late to get for my wedding. These people literally messed up my plans. Thanks a lot
