I have been a virgin mobile customer for several years and used this store with no problems and been satisfied with them until today...never treated so badly by a Virgin employee I was so upset I sent an email to the manager of the store and also filed a formal complaint with Virgin...I have been in customer service and if I did what this rep did to me I would have been promptly fired...will not go there again....
