the owner of this establishment mistakenly wrote down the wrong date for an event I was having them cater, I made the mistake of paying up front. He had them made for 3-4 days after I was in the store, I had told him the date of my event, which was at least 4 weeks in advance. I know the date of my event, I planned it and had many guests arriving so I would not have given the wrong date, but the owner was very admit and rude to me saying he couldn't possibly have made a mistake, it was my mistake and made me re pay for more platters to be made, which I had to do as I had many guests waiting and I had no other choice. Mistakes happen, I am fully aware of this, but this owner was so unbelievably rude, condescending and arrogant I was appalled at the customer care. I will never be using this location again and reluctant to use any of the subways ever again!!
