This is the first time I experienced a rude staff member at any of the Panera Bread stores I have visited. As I was placing my order I paused to think about what I wanted to order. The rude female working at the cash said in a tone that sounded like she was being put out " you have to speak up, I can't hear you! " I replied, " I did not say anything, I'm still deciding." She just stared blankly at me. I will never go back to that Panera. I will be calling management to complain. I've worked in costumer service jobs before and I know it can be tiring or difficult but do not be rude for no reason! Get out of the job if you don't know how to serve costumes.
