I came to this location in April and traded in my phone for an upgrade and they told me I would be getting a credit on my bill for the phone. It is now September 6 MONTHS and still no credit on my bill- they say that its a rogers problem call them I call and the center says its a store problem. To me this is theft where is my phone or my money. TERRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
