If you value your time do not shop at this store. You can walk around the store for half hour or more, trying to get some help or product information without any luck. Management is trying to cut cost by not having enough staff on the floor especially during busy hours, as a result there is no one to help you. Clear lack of respect for customer's time.

Department Manager in the floor section has no Customer Service and Management Skills. Waited 15mins for her to come deal with our purchases for some tiles, she came walking slowly came to us talking to her team member don’t ever acknowledge us or greeted myself and my Husband. I said to her Hello
