I went into the store yesterday with a problem with sympatico on my phone. The man I spoke with was less than helpful, didn’t even look at the phone , just told me to call the help line and they would do it all. As a very non tech person, it was NOT as easy as he said. I returned to the mall and went to Koodo , very helpful and sorted me out. Not impressed with the support, lack of, at the store.

I have three cell phones and two internets services with bell Canada. I always observe the staffs services. Specially this location a young lady Miss Amanee is providing amazing services to the customers including me. The way she explained to me was very professional and so friendly. Keep up your good job.
