Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced- all of the good reviews must be fakes. Rude, overpriced, and cheap quality clothes. Absolute garbage

I love this store. Last year before things closed up, I found some beautiful summer dresses. Very reasonable pricing. The lady was very helpful. Went back this year the other day, and bought two more. The lady remembered me even with a mask on. No complaints at all.

I am 13 and went into there store looking for a grad dress, and that is was I found. The dresses are beautiful, good quality, and fit very well. The customer service was really good. They helped me try on many dresses and even the same dresses several times until I finally made the desion, they were also very nice to me and my mum and kept giving us compliments.

My daughter who was graduating to grade nine went to this store to try on dresses with her friend. The sales lady was extremely helpful and nice considering these were two 13 year olds with no parents. She gave them suggestions and let them try on dresses. The following evening I went with my daughter and again the lady was excellent! My daughter tried on 5 dresses before deciding.

The last time I was in this store the customer service was absolutely abysmal. I was looking for grade 8 graduation dresses with my daughter and her friend, and was told that we could not try on dresses and waste their time, because they assumed that we would not be buying anything. I was shocked and appalled at how we were treated and will never shop in this store ever again.

My daughter who is 13 was told that "we do not care anything new hat will fit you! Perhaps you should lose weight". She is 13 and average size!!!!! They are lucky I was not there!!!!!
