THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE HERE! In particular SUNITA! DON'T DEAL WITH HER!!! I bought shoes from here multiple times without an issue. I bought a pair of shoes for over $60 and when I wore it IT WAS LEAKING. Paying that much money for a brand new pair of shoes that was leaking was unfair. So I went back to the store to relate the issue. They informed me thats my own loss and there was nothing they could do about it and sent me away. So I called the head office and they called the store and informed me to go back (trip #3) and they would exchange it for another pair. I went back and the manager was too cowardly to come speak with me. She sat outside on the mall bench and passed along messages between me and her through her workers. I didn't get a chance to look at the exchanged shoes properly because I was swiftly ushered out of the store because it was "closing time". However, They still had about 15 minutes before it closed. When I went home and examined the shoes I noticed they were actually a USED PAIR OF SHOES!!! This was so upsetting! I called back head office to inform them of the situation and they said they would call the store and tell the manager SUNITA to give us a refund. We went to the store the same day and SUNITA said all she can do is exchange it for a different pair but she would NOT give us a refund. I told her head office said to return the boots and give is a refund, she said no and started PUTTING ON HER JACKET TO LEAVE. At that point she said "Look I have to go" along with some other inappropriate heated words and proceeded to walk away. NOT AT ALL DEALING WITH THE SITUATION AT HAND. I responded saying I shouldn't even be here this is the 4th trip I'm making to the store to get the shoes issued fixed, and you need to go? And she walked away. I called the head office to confirm that they had indeed told her to extend a refund to us. They confirmed that yes they told her that. We explained to head office what happened, they said they told her to refund us and they don't know why she didn't. I agreed for a brand new pair of shoes to be ordered (even though I would've preferred to get a refund and take my business elsewhere). Waited two weeks and heard nothing back regarding the newly ordered pair of shoes. So I called the head office again at 11:10 am and explained we heard nothing regarding the newly ordered pair of shoes. At 11:17am SUNITA decides to call and leaves a voicemail saying our shoes have been in for a week and this was the second call she's making SHE'S A LIAR AND NEVER PHONED TO BEGIN WITH. WATCH OUT FOR SUNITA SHE IS A LIAR AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM. This manager has NO management NOR customer skills and WILL LIE TO HEAD OFFICE AND TO YOUR FACE ABOUT EVERYTHING TO SAVE HERSELF!!!! Please save yourself the stress from this shitty shoe place!
