I visited the limeridge mall location this afternoon around 4pm. As I was browsing and looking for an item an associate asked me if she could help with anything. I replied and said it's okay as I was grabbing a sweater from a pile. She responded with "No sorry I can't let you go through them they get very messy". Implying that I was unable to shop independently without her assistance. I was very shocked with her reply and told her I was going to leave she then replied "okay... sorry". Poor customer service in my opinion. Won't be visiting again.
