Green earth has poor customer service especially on Boxing Day! 90% of the store in the mall have no exchange or returns on Boxing Day! They did not have a single sign anywhere! I went in purchased an $70 dragon egg + money on other things over $150 spent in store!! When I went to the car and opened it my dragon egg! It was broken! So I immediately went back inside! They wouldn’t even exchange it for one on the shelf! No even just the shell that was broken! Tanya was exteremly rude about it! I will never be returning! Only to return the egg and get my money back!
