Theresa destroyed my hair | by  on Jul 02, 2023

I have been coming to Theresa for several months and have been relatively happy until now. We spent months growing out the tapered ends and layers which I disliked, only to have her cut in more layers and more tapered ends during my last visit. I have never felt so ugly, and cannot understand her complete disregard for my taste and preferences. After all it is MY hair! I will not be returning.

I went into Total Image tge one by the Bay at Limeridge..I asked for a trim..Ana the hairdresser starts cutting my hair I can tell she’s doing way more then a trim..I feel the back of my hair she’s cut it so short.. I told her I wanted a Trim..She said don’t worry you’ll like it when I’m done.. That was 6 days ago and I’m still fuming? She cut my hair the way she wanted..I was in tears when I got home..It needs to be fixed.

Have you ever been made to feel so insignificant that you left the store with your head down? Eugene can do that for you. This is what happened to me..... On Feb 24th, I called to book an appt at Total Image. I made it for 1 pm on Mar 8th; even booked off work that day. I was so looking forward to getting a haircut and highlights. I prepped for the day too - had to wash the day before to get the right texture for the addition of highlights. I was so excited for the haircut too – it’s been months. On March 8th at 1pm I went to Total Image - Limeridge Mall and was feeling good about getting the work done. I knew something wasn't right when my stylist asked me what I was doing there. Surely she was joking. I stared at her. She wasn't joking. Well, I started yelling - loudly with expletives. How could this have happened? Why? Who would take an appointment and then - what, forget to write it down? I was fuming. The ladies explained that Total Image started a new booking system which when the information is entered, THE USER HAS TO SAVE THE INFORMATION!!!! Well, the employees stammered over each other again and again explaining the same thing over and over how it's a new system and there is a learning curve. By now the owner, Eugene, came up to the front. He understood the situation. He didn't say a word. I lost a day's pay - he heard me say it. He could see I was shaking - being quite upset. Eugene continued to be silent. He had the perfect opportunity to make amends to a long standing customer. I've been going to Total Image for 10 years +. He didn't even offer a personal apology. This business owner could have offered a service discount or product to appease me thereby showing empathy and respect for my time (and all his customers’ time) being valuable. I expected Eugene to take responsibility for the error. Instead, it was as if he knew the time slot was filled, so he made money. Who cares about this lady losing a day's pay? He showed no respect for the customers. An offering to compensate me would have proved himself to be grateful for my business. It wasn’t just a mix up. It cost me time and a day’s work. That’s why I am angry and deserved a gesture of goodwill. Eugene is a greedy, self-serving individual. Why is there not a zero rating? This guy is a zero.

Horrible place to get kids haircut | by  on Oct 30, 2016

Horrible place to get your kids hair cut. My daughter is 5. Toilet to get a trim and they did not even wet her hair. Took all of 5 minutes an it was crooked. Went to pay for the horrible haircut and they charged me $27!!
