This was the second experience at ur store. The first haircut was so nice I went back to get the same style. This second time though my hair is missing chunks at the side, none of this did I notice til I got home. There is a chunk of hair hacked off at the side. The lady tucked it behind my ear so I didn't notice. As well as cutting the under hair at the back down to 1/2 in like an Undercut. My hair is a short style and there is no way to repair this. I would advise u to run not walk away from this location.
