I called to ask if they had a specific product and gave the brand name, the product name and a precise description, including the colour of the contents. The clerk checked and said they had one left and would hold it for me. I drove a long distance on my lunch hour to pick it up and it turns out they don't even carry that product. What was put on hold was a different brand and the products were a completely different colour than what I had described, clearly indicating it was not the brand I was looking for. Staff need some training to actually LISTEN to what customers are saying. I won't return to that store. I've never encountered such incompetence.
