Worst customer service on earth and worst place to ever deal with!!! So i bought a cover for my S8 and after reaching home i found out that it didnt allow me to charge my phone through the cover ...basically everytime i need to charge i have to take the cover off..so i went back to them to get a refund and in the beginning they were like we dont do refunds, however we do store credit which i didnt want.. so the lady talked to the maneger in a language that i couldnt understand, but in the middle of the phone call she asked us if we got a receipt which she didnt give us in the first place. She let me talk to the most stubborn manager on earth which took me a lot of time to explain the situation because the guy didnt even want to listen or understand...after like 15 minutes of talking to him he was about to agree but then he asked if we had a reciept (which he already knew the answer for since the lady already asked us in the beginning )...he acted all surprised even though he knew and was saying a lot of bullshit that i didnt understand he said that we cant return since we dont have a receipt even though the lady remembered that we bought it from her and how much it costs...he then asked to talk to the lady then hanged up so that i wouldnt continue talking to him and well we didnt get our money back and took the cover and threw it into the garbage infront of them just to show them that as customers we deserve to know what we are getting into when buying something... the fact that the cover was shit, their customer service was even shittier and the maneger that hanged up cuz he doesnt want to talk to me just makes them the worst place to ever deal with...i urge everyone to just never buy anything from them or ever deal with them....thanks for taking the time to read this!
