I recent got a new cellphone through Fido. I went to their store for help setting it up.They said they are not doing that. I would have to do it myself. They don’t help. If I had known that, I would have gone somewhere else. I went into the store and Khalid took his time to help me get my information switched from my old phone. I was blown away by the service. I will deal there from now on. Since my dad is taking my old phone, I will refer him here to buy a plan. You have lost a customer Fido. I was very appreciative of the service I received and would recommend this store to anyone.
