Our son ordered us anniversary flower arrangement on 21st of December and flowers started to die on 22nd of December. My son called and spoke to their customer service and they demanded some pictures which he provided. Then he was asked to go to his parents house which was an hour away to bring the arrangement back to the store. He told them that I'm not going back but definitely I will think about it Next time. Customer service is one star.
