Went to the store looking for human hair. The lady, not sure if she's the owner told me that she has half & half human & synthetic (not looking at me while talking). I asked her which are human; she angrily response I already told you & ignore me completely, she didn't take of her eyes on her cell phone to look at me. I just realized per wigs are half synthetic, half human hairs. How can she sell the products with that kind of attitude.

I can’t believe how rude and strange this person was. Had her phone in her hand and made a call AFTER I said “excuse me May I ask a quick question?” She rolled her eyes sucked her teeth and complained to who ever she called that I was in the store. Never answered my question or helped me. I think she is still on her phone for all I know.

Was on the phone the whole time. Refused to acknowledge me at all ever. It was surreal she kept her eyes closed to mere slits and kept turning in any direction away from me. I wasn’t even sure she could see me until I was disabused by that fallacy. This is a rude unprofessional place. I work hard for my money, I’m sure so do you, therefore a recommend you spend it elsewhere.

This business is not an actual business at all. I had two terrible experiences that sound exactly the same to other reviewers experiences: Lady behind the counter being rude and saying she can't sell anything because of inventory. This is obviously BS and I have no clue as to why this store is still here or how it can remain open without selling anything. I also suspect the lady is prejudiced, but I have no proof. Just what my gut is telling me.

I wonder if this lady is running a business or she is just hanging out with her idle friends. I think this business is just a cover for some illegal activities. I stopped by on 2 occasions. First time the lady very rudely said to me “The owner is on lunch, come back in 1 hour”. Second time “don’t come in here I just mopped the floor, come back in 30 mins”. I was so shocked that I was speechless. Total waste of time. They sell counterfeit products

I went in directly to the conger the two black young Jamaican ladies sat there. Right away she said to me “ don’t you touch nothing here” I said i did not touch nothing. She never looked at me abs said I sm doing inventory go away. I notice she was on her phone with messaging fb. She then said “ leave !” I went out of there quickly then when I turned back some Jamaican lady went in and she was served right away. This two women are prejudice.

I came in asked if she had a phone case and she completely ignored me. I repeated myself and she was like what are you saying. I repeated myself again the third time and this time she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. My issues is why run a business if you can't respond well to your customers. I am reporting this business to BBB to close her down for selling counterfeit goods.

Please please please take your money elsewhere. Joy does not know how to deal with customers. My disable mother bought a waist trainer. Joy gave her the wrong size, and it has been months and she has told my mother she’ll contact the supplier and obtain a bigger size, but never planned on exchanging the item. My mother has made several visits to her store, but she constantly tells us to call her. When we call her store, she never picks up the phone. She is a con artist, please take your money elsewhere!! If I could give her less than a star, I would.

Hello I am not good with English but I wil explained. I come to see in weekend for the wig hair. The womans she not see that I am here with my baby in the pushtrolly. She eatings her jerk food like a jerk. And she is not looking that I am waiting there for her servicing me. Finally she say to me : yo wat you want? I say I want to look at the wig like black people wear then she get very angry and say something to her friends lady like Bombaclot insult. I was very hurt to hear and I ask her to satop but she says again like Pussyclot insult. I have rage and tell her I will leave her to her jerk food. She standing up and almost punch me on the face to hurt me. but I move and she fall her fat black ass on the floor of the store so I laff very fast and she get up and take a wig and she throo it on me for hurt but the wig did not hurt just fell like her fat ass. I am also black muslim like her and she is no customer service womans. Please do not get wig from this store they are very ugly and so are thewigs. Thanks. Latisha S
