I visit this location quit a lot. However, each time I go it seems there is only one staff member regardless of the time, and season. I find it frustrating. I do not drink coffee but I love the tea and the atmosphere. Most times however, I and my husband end up leaving because of the line and the fact that the one staff member is doing everything. The only reason some don't notice is because they are starring at their phones while they wait. I feel that after yesterday being the Christmas rush and us again not wanting to stay in line due to time for us we ended up again going to another coffee shop where they have lots of staff and no line up. I will say that the one staff member is always cheerful and kind it does not seem fair to have them do everything there is to do. Often as well when the store is busy and only one staff member there is no milk or cream when we get to that point. I most likely will not go back now after yesterday. JoJo
