I tried to have a gown shortened. When I tried it on and noticed it wasn't right, I was given attitude and they were trying to dismiss me and rush me out the door. When I went to verify the 2nd attempt, they didn't even help me try it on or looked at the dress. It still wasn't right, so I'm taking the gown elsewhere. They really don't care about doing good work. Take your alterations elsewhere. I know I will!
