Back to early November 2020, I visited TD Bank at five point mall Oshawa to report a fraudulent transaction on my virtual visa. After a conversation with an agent, I was told my case will be under investigation and will get a result within a week. I called back many times to no avail. The agent named Dom told me that Sham would call me. Either they don't care or this is a really good example of their horrible customer service.
