The people that work at this place will rip anyone off every time they have the chance. I traded in my phone for a new phone and $487.00. The new phone was supposed to be free after that. I just found out that my contract I have now is about the expire. We’ll come to find out I have to return this phone and that I’ve been paying $47.00 a month for the last 2 years for this phone and I don’t even own it. As well the $487.00 is gone

Spoke with Yacine, everything was great, no charges to switch to corporate, but wait, went back in on a Saturday on my day off to pick up my new iPhone 8+. I was told by another associate that Yacine made a mistake and that there are new charges. $50 per line to switch to corporate? My time is valuable. I live in the other end of Ottawa. A big waste of my time! Not happy with this store or TELUS. I may consider switching to another carrier.
