I hope The Source management will take this as a recommendation for improvement and not a criticism. The Source Rideau Center before COVID-19 had borderline customer service but now it is unapproachable, unfriendly and non-professional (almost impolite). The Source also needs to realise that as a service provider, customer service is the first line of creating customer loyalty (considering the fact that there are many other service provider). As far as I am concerned, after my today’s visit, I will not visit the Source anymore, nut I hope the management will provide better customer service understanding and training to its staff.
