Bad Customer Service and Rude & unfair Staffs | by Sha on Jun 27, 2016
I went for an eye brow threading with the child and I was asked to come back in 15 mins. I came back and waited for another 20 min. The lady who I suppose to see, came out and she took the lady who came after me. I was upset and asked the lady at the front and she said she has no control over who she picks although I have an appointment. The lady at the front identified herself as the assistant manager. There is no order at this place and I suppose to go for a facial there and I will never go back to this place. I will be telling all of my friends and families not to go this place. Not fair and very disappointment by their ignorant staffs.
