If you have to shop at this store look carefully at your receipt and ensure that you are not over charged .January 2019 I ordered two shirts on line and they billed my visa. Items were delived at picking town ctre. Jan 14th around 7:00 or 7:30 I went to pick up the items , the 2 shirts were folded and was in a shopping bag. I tried the shirts in the store the medium fits and I return the large. (Omar sales representative ) supposed to credit my visa for 1 shirt instead he billed the visa for another shirt then credited the visa ,when I asked Omar why did he do that he replied this is the way to do an on line reversal I said ok. February 21st 2019 my visa bill shows I was billed for both shirts then charge for another shirt but it was reversed. Went to the store on Feb 21st around 6:30 pm with my receipt and visa bill and spoke to a medium age lady I think her name starts with B (sorry for the description I can’t remember the name) Explained that I only took 1 shirt and was billed for 2 and that the reversal wasn’t done correctly . The sales rep. took all my information and said that she will have the manager call me, she also mentioned that Omar and the mgr should be in the next day. I provided 2 phone numbers and so far no one contacted me. I am suggesting that your employees receive coaching on customer service and to accept errors and make corrections instead of blaming customers. I was asked multiple times on February 21st if I am sure that I didn’t purchase 2 Items and I kept saying no only one , it was embarrassing . Please check your camera and computer on Jan 14th and you will find your answer. It is not the over charge/ error I am disappointed with , it is the principle and customer service experience. I am waiting to hear from the manager . Thank you, Linda
