I recently purchased a Galaxy S7 at the Fido Eastgate Square Kiosk. The phone had problems right out of the box with GPS reception. The store manager did what he could to resolve the problem but it persisted. I returned to the store where he replaced the phone with a new one which resolved the problem. He was very helpful and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered and I was happy. He was a pleasure to deal with!
