This is the second time I've been treated badly by store employees Fist time agent made a mistake and blamed me The next shoddy behaviour I went in for help with my phone it's was Saturday 17 2016 the older woman treated me like I should not have gone there I was a bother to she said she couldn't help baca use of customers . There was none in the store. She also said bell would not help me when I said I d go to bell sore. The guy there took few minutes to sort my phone out thank bell store. As far as customer service goes at this store it is horrible and some training should be done. You should hire someone who doesn't treat customers like shit and a bother
