Added a 2nd and 3rd phone number to my account without my permission | by Daniel on Feb 21, 2017
I was ready to cancel before this happened but they added 2 accounts with mine without my permission so technically I cannot close my account for another 2 years. I went to correct it and they said they cannot correct it to separate the accounts. The sales Staff here was Extremely pushy and really ticked me off, then proceeded to mess up my account while I was not even in the store without giving him any permission whatsoever. Extremely dissatisfied.
