Do not go to this store. EXPENSIVE GARBAGE. The duffle bag did not last the trip to the airport. The sales person very bad manners. There is no visible No Refund policy. Nobody will let you know. Tooo much hassle .....

Do NOT buy anything here unless u will keep it. The salesperson/manager of the store does NOT mention their NO REFUND POLICY and their signs of NO REFUND are small and covered by other bags and therefore illegible. Even when i want to do an EXCHANGE, they do not return the difference. I asked to speak to her superior, and she said she is the manager and her word is final. Then on her phone conversation she talks about discussing some matter to "my manger". She clearly and intentionally got in the way of escalating the discussion. And the store does not have any written store policy. Also, the saleperson/"manager" called mall security on discussing the matter. Never going back to this store ever.
