The movers damaged my drywall and my door, and then tricked me into signing an indemnity against damages by making me think I was signing for the delivery. I never thought delivery could be so costly, do not buy from this place, it will save you months of legal action.

Staff is not on the same page. They don't know their store policy. Bought furniture and delivery is taking too long. Pretty much everything has a 2-3month wait time.

Dont listen to the bad reviews this location has amazing staff all attentive and wanting to work with you to help you find what you are looking for and within budget. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STORE. Went there to purchase a table set, all pieces were damaged and no one took the responsibility or tried to resolve the matter. I paid for delivery and assembly and the driver had no hardware to put the table together and the three chairs were damaged. After back and forth with them they finally picked up the set and charged me 25% restocking fee. It was totally their fault and they ripped me of. Very poor customer relations. They stink. I'll never go back there and for everyone who have the pictures and video I have of the set, they all began laughing at them. Go to the Brick next door. Sooo much better and I never had any issues with them. Thanks Ashley Homestore. I hope you guys go bankrupt. Again you stink big time. I feel sorry for the other customers whom you have also ripped off. You don't deserve a rating.
