I bought a sweater tagged at $25 and only noticed salesgirl had charged $35 as charge went through. I asked her to correct it and she told me she would have to go through a long process to refund the $10 and it would keep everyone else in line waiting because she was the only one on cash and she said even then she could only give me a store credit. WHY? It was her mistake. I left without the $10 because I didn't want others to have to wait longer in line but I will never shop at M Boutique again.
