First pressured me to get a new phone W/O first looking at the old one I brought in. After assessing my phone said I would need a new charging port which would cost 300! Called another shop- said they would fix port for 65. At the other shop tech informed me there was NOTHING wrong with the port! Turned my phone on to discover Wifi Cellular had removed my password... Also SIM was not interfacing. DO NOT GO THERE, especially if you're a woman

This guy ripped off a good friend of mine and won't take responsibility for what he did .. he's rude to women and has a crappy attitude .. also his stock is double what any other store charges .. I do not recommend this store.

I brought a cellular phone to them that needed repair and unlocking. Two weeks and 150.00 later, I get it back still not working. I return the next day for a refund which was promptly refused. Their counter clerk accused me of tampering with the phone and said she would not give a refund. She then called mall security when I said that I would not leave without my money back. When mall security arrived, they told me that they get called there three times a week due to people becoming irate over crooked business practices. While I was arguing with the staff, they refused refunds or exchanges to two other people (one wanted to exchange an unopened phone case because she bought the wrong size, the other was upset because his 24 hour repair had been four days).

The owners of this store know how to generate repeat business. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and prices extremely competitive. My cell phone is a relatively new model and they had the Otterbox case for it and the right screen protector size. Better than shopping online as you get the product today, no need to pay for shipping and you know it is the correct item when you buy it. Support your local stores and community. This store deserves your business.
